- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University in 2010
- Doctor of Nursing Practice from Florida State University in 2014
- Graduate Certification as a Nurse Educator, licensed by the States of Georgia and Florida as a Nurse Practitioner and is nationally certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Leadership Academic Award by the College of Nursing, provided a pivotal role in medical missions to Guatemala, delegate and secretary to Sigma Theta Tau Interventional Convention, member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society
- Member of City Church in Tallahassee, Florida
- Enjoys traveling, spending her time with family and friends, being outdoors (especially anything by the water), and any activities that involve her dog, Titan
