Jessica Hormell, LMT, brings a hands-on approach to healing through massage and stretch therapy. A graduate of Albany Therapeutic Massage, Jessica offers a variety of techniques designed to relieve pain, restore movement, and promote relaxation, including cupping, hot stones, pressure point release, and sinus and sciatic nerve massage.

Her approach to patient care is centered on listening first and then using her training and intuition to address each patient’s specific needs. Jessica works closely with the healthcare team to support faster recovery and overall wellness.

When she’s not at work, Jessica enjoys traveling and attending festivals with her husband, Todd. They have two daughters, Harley and Sara, and a dog named Tyler.
